After this winter's snow situation has caused World Cup hosts like Montafon and Squaw Valley to cancel their snowboard cross races, Veysonnaz has stepped in to secure the minimum of three events which are mandatory to have a World Cup title winner.

Other than originally planned, the Swiss resort won't host a snowboard cross race and a team sbx event but two individual sbx competitions.

Both events will be held from March 13th to 15th, 2015.
