Pepene and Hvostunkova win FIS Rollerski World Cup in Monte Bondone
Over the past weekend the FIS Rollerski World Cup stopped in city of Trento and Monte Bondone,Italy. The competition programme featured sprint in free technique and an uphill competition to Monte Bondone.

Italy's Emanuele Becchis powered to victory in the sprint who beat in the final the three times World Champion Alessio Berlanda. Third place went ro another Italian Emanuele Sbebo.

Ladies' race was dominated by Russia's Maria Privezentseva, who won over the Belarussian Valiantsina Kaminskaya and Italian Elisa Fulcheri.
Distance competition on Sunday 20th September saw a clear victory of Romania's Paul Costantin Pepene, who left behind the Russian Anton Shatagin by 23 seconds and Sergio Bonaldi of Italy by +36 seconds.

Ladies' competition was conquered by Svetlana Hvostunkova of Russia in the time of 21:31.5. Giulia Malagoni (ITA) took second place +1:02.3 back. Ksenia Konohova (RUS) took third place +1:08.5 behind.
