The second place went to Andreas Wellinger with jumps on 125 m and 134 m and 245.2 points. Andreas Wank finished third with 232.8 points and his jumps on 127.5 m and 126 m.

The competition in the youth category was won by Max Schaale with 227.1 points (123.5 m /128.5 m), ahead of Constantin Schmid (129 m / 122 m; 224.8 points) and Richard Schultheiss (123.5 m / 120.5 m; 209.2 points).
Bavaria could celebrate a double victory in the team competition. BSV 1, represented by Michael Neumayer, Markus Eisenbichler, Andreas Wellinger and Severin Freund, won with 891.2 points, followed by BSV 2 (Marinus Kraus, Pius Paschke, Karl Geiger, Daniel Wenig; 844.0 points) and SBW 1 (Tim Fuchs, Jonathan Siegel, Adrian Sell, Andreas Wank; 773.2 points).
The national championships of the ladies were already held in August. Back then Juliane Seyfarth took the title, Katharina Althaus and Anna Rupprecht tied for second.
Short break for Richard Freitag
Defending champion Richard Freitag could not take part in this championships due to knee problems. "Richard will take a short break from jumping of about ten days in order to rest the knee. As things stand now, his participation in the World Cup opening in Klingenthal from November 20th to 22nd is not in danger", said head coach Werner Schuster.
