

The season is not over yet. Russia’s Tyumen is going to welcome some of the World’s best skiers at the Champions and the Prize of the Governor races, from 9th – 10th April.
The competitions will take place from 9th – 10th April at the “Geolog” stadium that has a capacity of 13 000 spectators. Biathletes will participate in shooting contest, Cross-Country skiers they will compete in mass starts and mixed relays.
The line up reads many top skiers, to name some– Petter Northug, Evan Northug, Emil Jönsson, Teodor Peterson, Federico Pellegrino, Alexander Legkov, Kari Vikhagen Gjeitnes, Mari Eide, Anna Haag, Natalia Matveeva.
As for biathletes Martin Fourcade, Simon Fourcade, Jean Guillaume Beatrix, Ole Einar Bjoerndalen, Anton Shipulin, Dorothea Wierer, Gabriela Soukalova, Anais Bescond, Tiril Eckhoff and others are expected to take part.
The “Zhemchuzhina Sibiri” - Pearl of Siberia stadium is going to FIS Cross-Country World Cup Final in March 2017.
