Positive snow control for Junior World Championships Park City

Both FIS Snow Controllers, Alan Johnson and Matthew T. Pauli have given green light for the FIS Junior World Championships in Park City, USA. The championship venues, which are set to take place in early February, are both ready to host the events, including three medal chances for Nordic Combined athletes.

The jumping hill is prepared with sufficient artificial snow and also the new in-run cooling system has been installed and tested. On the cross-country side, a 3.75 km course with an integrated 2.5 km cutoff and a sprint course are ready and also the stadium is prepared in a sufficient way. The snow production is scheduled to continue as log as favourable environmental conditions exist.
