Today, 21 May, is the first day of visit of FIS representatives, which will inspect the level of preparation for the Olympic competitions in freestyle skiing and snowboard at Extreme Park “Rosa Khutor”.

As one of the many activities and events held by FIS charity partner Right to Play to help children from some of the world’s most disadvantaged communities, a golf tournament was held on 3rd May in Bad Ragaz (SUI). The charity event was a great success and raised a total donation of CHF 110’000 for a development project in Burundi.

Representatives of the European Broadcasting Union, the TV rights holder for the FIS Alpine and Nordic World Ski Championships 2015-17, and FIS met on 13th May for a workshop at the FIS Headquarters in Oberhofen (SUI).
